Keep your feet, and build your house, on the rock!
Matthew 7:24-27
Everyone then who hears these words of mine and does them will be like a wise man who built his house on the rock. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock. And everyone who hears these words of mine and does not do them will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand. And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and great was the fall of it.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that God is in our midst, saving, changing, and healing lives! Pilgrim's theology and practice are traditional and orthodox in nature. We believe in the authority, accuracy and relevancy of the Bible. We teach salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ alone.
Pilgrim’s theology is traditional Lutheran. We are grounded in the Biblical and Reformation truths emphasized by Martin Luther, the great German reformer. Our doctrine is based on justification by grace alone through faith alone by the work of Christ alone. We believe that truth is primarily revealed to us by the Holy Spirit working through Scripture. Scripture alone is the final authority for faith, life, and doctrine. We believe and trust in the one who is far greater than we are, God, who is our Rock and our Redeemer.
